What are open rehearsals?
Open rehearsals essentially mean that people outside of the cast and creative team are invited into the rehearsal room.

Who are open rehearsals for?
For actors/directors/producers/theatre-lovers (especially those interested in comedy, interactive theatre and improv) to get in the rehearsal room with award-winning theatre company Say It Again, Sorry?

What can you expect?
You can expect to observe, take part, participate and give live feedback if desired. You can expect to be included in the event, to be greeted and welcomed, connected with and to have a lot of fun!

How are Say It Again, Sorry?’s rehearsals different to other companies open rehearsals?
Our spaces are limited but completely free. These rehearsals are proactive. Meaning that participation is encouraged and you are free to ask questions mid rehearsals, share ideas and observations as we go.

What do you mean by participation?
Say It Again, Sorry? shows are interactive, which means that our work is heavily focused on audience interaction. By attending the open rehearsals you can get the chance to play with the team and help support the development of the show by stepping in as audience members and various characters. While incredibly helpful for the team and the show, it also offers you a chance to develop skills, network and collaborate with other creatives live in a space and play for free. You scratch our backs, we scratch yours!

Is this an audition?
This is not an audition but a good chance to meet the team and connect with other creatives that may lead to future work.

When are your next open rehearsals?
Our next open rehearsals for The Importance of Being… Earnest? take place at CentrE17 in Walthamstow every Weds and Fri in July W/C 11th July (except the 22nd July) between 14.00-17.00.
